All Personal Information is collected, guarded and utilized in a private and confidential manner strictly for the provision and delivery of the services for which it was collected. The utilization of Personal Information shall in all circumstances strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of PIPEDA, and additionally shall protect the privacy of our prospective and current Corporate Customers and the Clients that participate, consume or receive our services.
NOVUS collects, uses and manages Personal Information if and only if the following are true:
- Doing so is necessary to fulfill the delivery of service, and;
- Doing so is in the best interest of both our Clients and our
Corporate Customers.
Novus employs information protection, disaster recovery and intruder detection systems in the collection, retention, distribution and management of all information (whether designated as Personal or not). Our technology infrastructure and systems are monitored and tested for data integrity and exposures to unauthorized or unwarranted access.
